These terms apply to purchases of UBI.quest digital setup products and related support. They do not replace the separate terms of Orbit, your exchange, wallet provider, or payment provider.

What you are purchasing

The Orbit setup offer includes invitation access, a step-by-step setup video, and personal email support until your bot is running, as described on the offer page. UBI.quest is an Orbit partner, not the developer or operator of Orbit. The software box is a digital product illustration; no physical box is shipped. Additional products are included only if you select and purchase them.

Orders, prices, and delivery

The selected products, price, currency, applicable taxes, and payment terms are displayed in checkout before payment. Trading capital and third-party charges are separate from the setup purchase. Orbit’s annual subscription, profit sharing, exchange fees, and blockchain transaction fees may apply under the relevant providers’ terms.

After you complete checkout and your product selections, you will receive an email containing the step-by-step video link and bot registration link. Provide an accurate email address. If your delivery email does not arrive, check your spam folder and contact people@ubi.quest.

All sales are final

All sales are final. We do not offer voluntary refunds for a change of mind. This policy does not limit any mandatory rights under applicable consumer law, including rights where content or services are not supplied or do not conform to the contract. Contact people@ubi.quest about delivery problems, faults, or a statutory cancellation request.

Consumer withdrawal rights

If you are an EU/EEA consumer, a statutory withdrawal period may apply. For digital content supplied immediately, loss of the withdrawal right requires your prior express consent to supply beginning during that period, your acknowledgment that you thereby lose the right, and the legally required confirmation. Accepting these terms alone does not constitute that separate consent.

Different rules apply to the support-service component. Requesting support during a withdrawal period does not automatically remove your withdrawal right; any charge or loss of that right must satisfy applicable law. Where a withdrawal right applies, notify people@ubi.quest with your name, order details, and an unambiguous statement that you wish to withdraw. Mandatory rights take precedence over our all-sales-final policy.

Setup assistance and your responsibilities

You are responsible for meeting platform eligibility requirements, completing exchange identity verification, safeguarding your credentials, and reviewing any smart-contract permissions before authorizing transactions. Support covers setup assistance; it does not include custody of your funds, investment management, or a commitment to a particular financial outcome. Never disclose seed phrases or private keys to support.

Orbit and trading risks

Orbit’s operation, package rates, subscriptions, profit-sharing arrangements, and withdrawal conditions are governed by Orbit’s terms. UBI.quest does not control those systems or ensure their continued availability. Crypto trading and smart contracts involve risks, including loss of funds. Package percentages and historical results should be evaluated with their applicable terms and do not constitute a UBI.quest promise of earnings. Setup materials are not personalized financial advice.

Permitted use

Purchased materials are for your own use unless a product expressly grants broader rights. Do not resell, redistribute, or publicly share paid videos, invitation access, or other protected materials without permission. You must comply with the separate licenses and rules of third-party platforms.

Liability and governing law

To the extent permitted by law, UBI.quest is not responsible for trading losses or failures of independent third-party platforms. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer protections. Danish law applies, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections or court rights available in their country of residence.

Changes and questions

The terms applicable to your purchase are those presented when you place the order. Future changes do not remove rights attached to an existing purchase. Send questions or complaints to people@ubi.quest.
