Information we process

Why we use it and our legal bases

We process order details to perform our contract with you: handling purchases, delivering setup links, and providing the included support. We retain necessary financial records to meet legal obligations. We use relevant technical and correspondence data for legitimate interests in securing the service, preventing abuse, and resolving disputes. Where consent is required for optional tracking or marketing, consent is the applicable legal basis; it may be withdrawn.

Service providers and other platforms

We use Netlify for website hosting, ThriveCart for checkout, payment providers made available in checkout, and Google Analytics for website measurement. Order delivery and support also involve email service providers. Providers receive information needed for their roles and may process some information under their own privacy policies.

Orbit, exchanges, and wallet providers operate separately from UBI.quest. Information you submit when registering with them is governed by their policies. Exchange identity verification is handled by the exchange, not through this landing page. Public blockchain transactions may remain publicly visible and cannot generally be erased.

Cookies and browser storage

The offer page uses local storage named ubi-offer-countdown-start-v1 to remember when its countdown started. Google Analytics and embedded checkout providers may use cookies or similar technologies for measurement, security, and checkout functionality. Your browser allows you to inspect, block, and remove cookies and local storage; blocking required storage may affect functionality. The checkout provider may present its own privacy choices.

International processing

Our providers may process information outside Denmark or the European Economic Area. Where GDPR requires safeguards for such transfers, applicable arrangements must provide an appropriate transfer mechanism, such as an adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses. Contact us for information about the arrangements relevant to your data.

Retention and security

We keep information for as long as necessary to deliver purchases and support, meet applicable accounting and legal requirements, and handle complaints or disputes. Retention depends on the type of record and applicable obligations. We use appropriate access controls and service-provider safeguards, but no online service can promise absolute security.

Your rights

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of your information, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. You can withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful processing. Some records must be retained to meet legal obligations. Contact people@ubi.quest; we may need to verify your identity before responding.

You may complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency, Datatilsynet, or your local supervisory authority.

Updates

We may update this policy when our practices change. The revision date above identifies the current version.
